A local resident of Newbury, Rosemary Donkin, uses her motorised chair to get around the town to see her friends and visit the shops.
But Rosemary who suffers with brittle bone disease, has to negotiate dangerous potholes in the road and broken paving slabs on the footpaths around the town.
If Rosemary should fall out of her chair after hitting one of these obstacles, it could be disastrous. The Council should be looking after residents with disabilities who use the town centre's and make the paths and roads safer for everyone to use.
